A conversation with a customer I had at work a few minutes ago:
*ring ring*
Man: "Hello?"
Me: "Hello, is this Joey?"
Man: "May I ask who's calling?"
Me: "This is Phil from from [workplace]."
Man: "Yes, this is Joey."
I don't understand... so your identity was conditional depending on who I was?
Intriguing.
What is Phil-osophy? It's the osophy of Phil. Duh. My name is Phil and these are my musings.

So I decided kind of on a whim to take an online typing test. There are a variety of them, but this is the first one that I settled on.
This particular website just has you type completely random words as fast as you can in 1 minute, which I don't think it's a completely accurate way of measuring your WPM. If I were having to type out real sentences, worrying about capitalization, punctuation, and grammar, I'm sure I wouldn't have scored something that high. So I think the score I got from this typing test is probably a bit higher than my actual WPM would be in a real situation. Still, at least it's fun to pound out random words and see how many you were able to do in 1 minute. Click on the image if you want to go try it out yourself.
